Brandenburg Demolition, Inc. was established in 1968 as a privately held company chartered in the State of Illinois. It was determined that the word ‘demolition’ in the company name perceptively limited its full line of services. Thus, the decision was made in 1984 to change the name to Brandenburg Industrial Service Company.

Brandenburg has maintained consistent and strong annual growth by focusing on customer service to develop and deliver engineered solutions. In recent years, the company has completed approximately 150 projects annually and has generated an average of $170 million in annual revenues. The company’s Dun & Bradstreet rating is 4A3. Brandenburg has never filed for any type of financial protection.

Insurance
Each insurance company underwriting Brandenburg’s policies hold Best’s ratings of A+15. Zurich American Insurance Co. has been the main insurance carrier for Brandenburg since 1998. Coverage includes comprehensive general, automotive, umbrella, asbestos & environmental liability, and worker’s compensation.

Bonding
Continental Casualty Co. has provided Brandenburg with bid and performance bonding since 1995. Brandenburg’s aggregate bonding capacity is $70 million with a single project limit of $20 million. The company’s rating classification = A and financial size category = XV. No bond claims have ever been made.
