PROJECT DESCRIPTION

One of the main factors for Brandenburg’s outstanding safety record is the commitment to employee training. Brandenburg’s employees continually participate in training programs. Training is provided to increase worker’s job knowledge and to prevent accidents and illness. Each employee must complete Brandenburg’s New Employee Safety Orientation which covers the safety program and training practices. Brandenburg’s employees receive training, certificates, and/or licenses in the following areas:
